BONot only are most yogurts loaded with added sugar which kills your good gut bacteria, but almost all ferment and then pasteurize the yogurt which destroys all those “billions of bacteria”. To make up for this, some brands will sprinkle over the counter probiotic powder after the yogurt has been pasteurized which defeats the whole purpose in the first place.
