COHomemade Pistachio Butter / Paste
Ingredients
• 2 cups raw, unsalted pistachios
• Pinch of salt
• ½ cup powdered sugar
• ¼–½ cup neutral oil (vegetable or coconut oil)
Instructions
1. Add the pistachios to a food processor and blend on high.
They will first turn into a powdery, grainy texture.
2. Scrape down the sides and continue blending for about 2 minutes total.
3. Add the powdered sugar and salt. Blend again until combined.
4. Slowly drizzle in the oil while blending, starting with ¼ cup.
• Use less oil for a thicker paste
• Add more oil if you want it thinner and smoother
