MIHow to Plan Your Week ⬇️
Do you struggle with planning and time management?
I wanted to share my tips on how I like to plan my work week as a Marketing Manager at a tech company, and a content creator, who tries to live a very well-balanced life.
〜 Start with priorities: Every week, I start planning my week by looking at events, appointments and deadlines. Based on it, I know how busy my week is going to be. I then list my top three work priorities for the day. My daily habits are my personal priorities. This helps me focus on what truly matters, ensuring I stay on track.
〜 Time-block your day: I like to break my days into time blocks for focused work, content creation, and personal time. This allows me to stay productive without feeling overwhelmed.
〜 Dedicated days: I recommend having dedicated days for meetings and/or classes, or when you’re going to work on specific projects, or study, etc. For example, Thursdays and Fridays are my content creation days, where I film and edit most of my content.
〜 Batch similar tasks: Grouping similar tasks together—like replying to emails, scheduling social posts, or brainstorming content—helps me work more efficiently and avoid task-switching fatigue.
〜 Have free time-blocks in your calendar, because flexibility is key.
