So though it seems daunting, remember when it comes to microplastics in your body THE LESS THE BETTER. Every effort just makes you healthier. Don’t stress it either, because stress is more unhealthy for your body than microplastics are. I see this as a joy and an excuse to buy less and be minimalist, for my family’s health and the planet.
