Greens powders - In general, these are overly priced multivitamins with micro doses of fruit or vegetable dried powders, often lack third party testing, often have elevated levels of heavy metal contamination, and often contain ‘proprietary blends’ of herbs or adaptogens that are not dosed appropriately for any particular purpose and are not appropriate for a patients symptoms/goals even if they were. They also sometimes contain excessively high levels of various nutrients which can potentially interact with the patients Rx medications. 2. Testosterone boosters are one of the most common supplements to contain undisclosed ingredients, including hormones such as undisclosed testosterone precursors and steroid hormones - which can have negative side effects and dangers! (This applies to “adrenal support” and “thyroid support” supplements as well!) They are not regulated and often not third party tested.  One study found Analysis of 27 proposed testosterone boosters revealed that most fail to increase total testosterone, with only a few exceptions. 3. Weight loss supplements often have some common, key issues including lack of efficacy, absence of regulatory oversight, frequent adulteration with undisclosed pharmaceutical ingredients, and serious negative events including cardiovascular complications (tachycardia, chest pain, palpitations) and liver toxicity. 4. The top supplements per a JAMA study that were most likely to cause a liver injury were green tea extract, turmeric/curcumin, multi-ingredient bodybuilding products, Garcinia cambogia, kratom, and products from Hydroxycut, Herbalife, and OxyELITE Pro. Many patients are on turmeric or curcumin, which can be a very helpful and appropriate supplements, but it is KEY to get it from a third party tested, reputable company at an appropriate dose, with MD approval! 5. One of my #1 asked questions after sharing my very honest experience with the COVID vaccine is: “How can I detox my body from the vaccine?” I’ve been very open about my regrets getting the 💉 and since then I’ve done a deep dive on the research, on spike protein and why so many people don’t feel the same after infection or the injection. Spike protein exists in both the virus and the vaccine. It’s what allows the virus to enter human cells and causes havoc once inside your body. It triggers immune overreaction, inflammation and even abnormal clotting. It can persist in your body for months to YEARS after vaccination or infection. Autopsy findings have identified it in organs such as the liver and ovaries, and even within blood clots in fatal cases. Once it builds up in your body after repeated exposure to the infection or injections, it becomes more difficult for your body to clear on its own, which is why targeted support matters. Numbers batayenge tumhe exactly kaise nikalna hai is trap se.​ STEP 1: BASELINE — Know Your Starting Point Current Dose? ✔ Pantoprazole 40 mg once daily = Standard dose ✔ Pantoprazole 40 mg twice daily = High dose ✔ Pantoprazole 20 mg daily = Low dose Duration of Use? ✔ <3 months → Easier weaning, minimal rebound risk ✔ 3–12 months → Moderate dependency, rebound likely ✔ >1 year → High dependency, structured taper mandatory​ Pehle yeh decide karo — kitne time se le rahe ho? Agar 6 months+ hua hai toh slow taper protocol follow karna hoga.
