This is my type of food. Wholesome, memorable, fulfilling, shareable, organic, local, nutritious, comforting.
My dream is to be able to grow and cook my own food. Real farm to table. This evening felt as close as possible at this chapter I’m in.
The salmon, halibut & phesant were caught & hunted by my client.
Mandarins locally grown here in the Central Valley.
As well as the carrots, almonds & lemons.
Mushrooms harvested fresh the morning of.

This menu just felt good to my soul. Felt real and authentic. The food flowed, my sous chef is incredible, everything was on point. A dinner to remember.
I am honored to be apart of the reason people remember a dinner party. I love my clients and feel a great responsibility when cooking in their home for their loved ones.
