Everything looked good and as expected to them, they said I was 20/40 vision during the checkup but that my eyes would continue to clear and adjust over the next week. They took out the bandage contacts that were in my eyes to help promote healing, instructed me to start using eye gel ointment before bed to keep them moist, and to Keep on top of refresher drops at least 6x a day. Oh also when I noted to the doc that the Prk was less painful this time compared to the first time 8 years ago, I asked if it was because I went from such a higher prescription the first go around. She said something along the lines of “oh yeah that’s a lot to shave down!” 😆😆 1 and 2 week post op vids to come! #lasikplus #eyesurgery #prkeyesurgery #prk

👁️COMO ENXERGO APÓS COLOCAR 2 PRÓTESES INTRAOCULARES?👁️ ⚡️👁️Faz 18 meses que tomei coragem pra colocar uma lente fácica em casa um dos meus olhos. Foram MAIS de 3 ANOS indo em médicos e pesquisando sobre as técnicas (contei relatos no meu canal do Youtube sobre a jornada). 👨🏻‍⚕️A cirurgia que fiz, apesar de parecer “complexa”ou muito arriscada, existe há mais de 30 anos, mas ainda assim eu tinha MUITO MEDO de fazer. 🤓Afinal, VISTA é algo que dá uma agonia só de pensar em qualquer possibilidade de erro né? Mas, GRAÇAS A DEUS, fui atras do CONHECIMENTO e INFORMAÇÃO e vi que milhões de pessoas já haviam colocado a lente e era mais “normal” do que eu imaginava. Confesso pra vocês, que foi uma das melhores decisões da minha vida, pois hoje, 1 ano e meio depois, sigo sem usar óculos e vendo o mundo super bem. Sobrou 0.5 de astigmatismo em meus olhos, mas sinto ZERO necessidade de usar óculos, afinal eu tinha 12 graus de miopia + 2 de astigmatismo, né? Kkk Eu operei no Instituto Penido Burnier em Campinas (eles são referência no Brasil quando o assunto é oftalmologia) com o médico @dr.LeoncioQueirozNeto . Decidi fazer esse post após muitas perguntas sobre como fiquei após a cirurgia e, principalmente, por quase não ter achado informações sobre ela quando decidi fazer. Espero muito que esse post tenha te ajudado e esclarecido um pouco mais. Caso você também tenha dúvidas (como eu um dia tive), pode mandar aqui nos comentários que tento te ajudar. Lembrando que quem decide se você vai operar e pode é SEMPRE o médico (e não o blogueiro kkk sei que parecer óbvio, mas não custa lembrar né?).
