Taking before photos always sounds intimidating until you start seeing results - and wish you could go back and take some more accurate progress pics 😭
So here’s some tips and a checklist to make sure you it right from week one :)
PROGRESS PIC CHECKLIST:
- natural lighting
- same spot / angle
- wear bikini or underwear
- no tensing / sucking in
- get full body in the picture
- take photos at the BEGINNING of the day (fasted - before any food / drinks)
