It takes you through five levels of video instruction:
• Level 1, develops dynamic core strength
• Level 2, glute and leg based-strength
• Level 3, moves to upper body strength
• Level 4, takes total body movement to the next level
• Level 5, introduces FP-specific ballistic movement
You need four tools: a medicine ball, a resistance band, dumbbells, and an ankle weight. That’s all. Stiffness before workouts doesn’t have to be your reality. Neither does discomfort after them. When you learn to move without grinding your joints, when you build real connection within your body, training stops breaking you down and starts building you up.
