🧺 Ingredients:
🍛 1 cup soaked & boiled black chana
🧅 ½ onion (finely chopped)
🍅 ½ tomato (finely chopped)
🥒 ½ cucumber (finely chopped)
🌶️ 1 small green chilli (optional)
🫶 1 tbsp coriander (chopped)
🧂 ¼ tsp chaat masala
🧂 ¼ tsp black salt
🌶️ ¼ tsp red chilli powder
🍋 ½ lemon (juiced)
🫒 1 tsp olive oil or mustard oil (optional)
🧂 Salt as needed
🔹 Method:
1️⃣ Soak black chana overnight & pressure cook for 4–5 whistles.
2️⃣ Add veggies, spices, lemon juice & oil.
3️⃣ Mix well & enjoy this high-protein salad!
