Yarım bardak şekeri yumurta sarılarına ilave edelim. Sütü ve suyu cezveye alıp azıcık ilitalim ve ilave edelim. Sonra sıvıyağ eklenir. Sonra geri kalan kuru malzemeler de eklenir. Add the milk and oil and mix. Sift the flour and baking powder together. Squeeze 5-6 drops of lemon juice over the baking soda and whisk lightly. Finally, add the powdered pudding and whisk again. Pour into muffin tins or a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (350°F) on both sides of the oven. Baking time varies from oven to oven. It’s gooey, rich, and so delicious! #recipe ⬇️ Cake 8oz dates, seed removed-fine chop 1 cup water 2 eggs 1/2 cup yogurt, vanilla or plain 2 1/2 cups 1.1 GF flour (or all purpose flour) 2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg 1/2 tsp ground cloves 1 tsp ground ginger powder 1 tsp kosher salt 8 tbsp butter, room temp 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar 3/4 cup granulated sugar 2 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup buttermilk 1/2 cup molasses 2 eggs Spray a 9x13 cake pan with nonstick baking spray. In a small stock pot add the water and chopped dates. Cook over medium/low heat and use a wooden spoon to mash up the dates and they cook. After 7-10 mins it should be paste consistency. In a mixing bowl add the sugars & butter. Mix in the eggs one at a time, then the vanilla, molasses, date paste and buttermilk. In a separate bowl add all of the dry ingredients and mix well. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until incorporated. Pour into the cake pan and bake for 45-50 mins. A toothpick should come out clean and the top will be golden brown. Allow to cool partially. Toffee Sauce 2 1/2 cups of heavy cream 2 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp molasses 2/3 cup brown sugar Add the ingredients to a medium stock pot and cook over medium heat. Continually stir until it reaches a light golden color, approx 10 mins. Pour into a glass bowl and allow to cool. Once the cake is partially cooled, poke holes all over the top of the cake. Pour 3/4 of the toffee sauce on top. Reserve the 1/4 amount to pour extra on top later. Allow the cake to soak the toffee sauce for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
