Try to hold each contraction for a few secondsb 🦋Eccentric pullup- our bodies can handle more weight in an eccentric contraction, so you can work on these first! 🦋Isometric hold in the top position- a great way to build strength and get some increased time under tension! 🦋Barbell pullup-these are great to mimic the motion of a real pullup, but takes away some of your body weight! You’ll also be able to get more volume here 🦋TRX pullups - same motion as above now with some added instability! Humbling! And of course working to increase your upper body strength is crucial too! But these a super specific to the actual motion of a pullup. 🦋and core is also super important to have your body stay as rigid and straight as possible!
