⚡️Pull Day Routine⚡️- Using only free weights. One of my go to for pull/back day recently. -I’ve found Chain belts are a great multiplier for hitting back when you don’t have access to a normal lat pulldown machine. Feel free to do them unweighted or with assistance if needed as well. -For the alternating gorilla rows and dumbbell curls it should be the specified reps per each side. -The barbell curls and dumbbell curls at the end are a great finisher. Hit 5 reps on each, then 4,3,2,1. The barbell should be fairly heavy. This typically takes me about an hour to complete with about 1-2 minutes of rest in between each set.
