Automatizar la mezcla permite mantener la consistencia del producto, ahorrar tiempo y reducir errores humanos. El PLC recibe señales de sensores de nivel, temperatura, caudal o velocidad, y según la lógica programada, controla bombas, agitadores y válvulas para lograr la mezcla adecuada.
Además, se pueden definir secuencias de operación, tiempos de mezcla y condiciones de seguridad, como detener el agitador si el nivel del líquido es bajo o si la temperatura supera el rango permitido. Esto asegura que el proceso sea eficiente, seguro y confiable, incluso en sistemas que funcionan de manera continua.
