WIPython teeth are a masterpiece of natural engineering.
Unlike human teeth, they’re sharp, curved backward, and constantly replaced. A single python can have 60 to 100 teeth on each side of its jaw — not for chewing, but for gripping prey and never letting go.
Once prey is caught, those backward curves make escape nearly impossible while the snake slowly swallows it whole. Even damaged teeth aren’t a problem — new ones keep growing throughout the python’s life. One glance inside their mouth reveals millions of years of evolution working flawlessly. Powerful, precise… and a little terrifying.
