ADFYI this isn’t accidental - it’s an HR/biz strategy known as “natural attrition”.
🔁 Unlike turnover, which tracks people who quit but are replaced — attrition refers to a thinning of the workforce, with no replacements.
🤷🏼♀️ It’s sometimes necessary to keep the company afloat (although sometimes it just comes down to greed tbh).
Either way - this is not a You Problem lol it’s a Company Problem. My advice? Start warming up that resume, it usually doesn’t get better for a while.
