SAGarlic Butter Cheese Buldak Ramen 🔥🔥
Ingredients
1 shallot or small onion, diced
2–3 garlic cloves, sliced
1 tbsp butter
1 pack Buldak Cheese Ramen
1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
A splash of soy sauce
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup ramen cooking water
mozzarella cheese
spring onions, for garnish
Salt to taste
1. Cook the ramen and reserve ½ cup of the cooking water.
2. In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic and shallot until fragrant.
3. Add smoked paprika, garlic powder, and gochujang. Stir well.
4. Pour in the ramen water, then mix in the ramen seasoning, buldak sauce, heavy cream, and a splash of soy sauce.
5. Add the cooked noodles and toss until coated in the creamy sauce.
6. Top with mozzarella and let it melt.
7. Finish with spring onions and serve hot! 🔥
