The Pi runs completely untethered from wall power using an external battery pack, connects over VNC from my phone or laptop, and uses a dedicated Wi-Fi adapter so management, connectivity, and wireless testing stay cleanly separated. Everything is tied together through a compact UniFi 5-port switch, keeping the setup stable, modular, and expandable. For internet access, I pair it with a Verizon Inseego 5G router, which keeps the entire rig mobile while still maintaining solid upstream connectivity.
