✨ INGREDIENTS ✨
Crust:
🌱 1 cup soft Medjool dates
🌱 1 cup roasted hazelnuts (or other nuts u have)
Green layer:
🌱 200 g pistachio cream/butter
Berry layer:
🌱 200 g frozen mixed berries
🌱 1–2 tbsp maple syrup
Chocolate layer:
🌱 1 can coconut milk (400 ml)
🌱 200 g roasted cashews
🌱 3 tbsp cacao
🌱 3 tbsp maple syrup

✨ INSTRUCTIONS ✨
🌱 Blend dates + hazelnuts into a sticky crust and press into a small mold. Spread pistachio cream on top. Blend berries (fresh or frozen) with maple syrup + pour over pistachio layer. Blend coconut milk, cashews, cacao + sweetener until creamy and pour as your final layer. Freeze overnight, slice after letting it sit 30 min on room temp + enjoy 💚✨
