NANourishing red dates tea!
So many of you asked me what is tea all about and how to make this! Okay let me share with you guys!
Lately due to my busy work schedule, my body has been feeling slightly weak and cold. My mum is always there to prep all the amazing soups and teas for me and this time, I’ve decided to learn this simple recipe from my mum!
To me, I’d always believe in natural remedies to support our health and one of the ways to do this is through the Chinese simple ingredients!
🌟 Here’s a nourishing red dates tea that you can make it yourself to support the following :
- strengthens immunity
- provides more qi and energy for the body
- enhances blood circulation and replenishment : so ladies this is also great for us!
- calms the mind, reduces anxiety and enhances sleep
- elevates skin health with its antioxidants (rich in Vitamin C too)
- supports eye health : goji berries contain lots of lutein, an essential nutrient for the eye!
Recipe is as simple as shown in the video :
▫️5 red dates
▫️10-15 goji berries
▫️ 3 dried longan
▫️ 500ml of hot water
Soak the ingredients in the hot water for about 30 minutes or more! Then sip the tea gradually! 👌🏻
Remember to always take some time off , have a look at your health (just like how I did) and heal yourself consistently!
