I have always wanted someone to talk to me about meditation and manifestation in the most basic, approachable way. @organicallyjamie breaks it down and explains how the practice of meditation reshapes the nervous system, helps us see our thoughts instead of being ruled by them, and softens our reflexive thoughts and reactions (so important in parenting when we find ourselves triggered or reactive to things we aren’t even aware of).  And in this clip she shares something so eye opening about how manifestation isn’t exactly about calling in a specific thing… but it’s really about the inner shifts we make to align with something better than where we are now. Who we become along the way is the point. It’s never about the thing. It’s never about the person. Manifestation is about the version of you that’s created on the way there.
