Three steps to help shift your negative thoughts and reframe them:
1️⃣ First notice the thought.
Don’t disregard, pay attention to discouraging thoughts. Recognizing can help you shift.
2️⃣Question the thought.
Look at that thought, don’t judge it. Ask yourself yourself ~ it is helpful or true? Your answers can be useful to think about the situation.
3️⃣ Replace the unhelpful thought with a more helpful one.
