Artists, researchers, and culture professionals are invited to apply for a 1–3 month exploratory residency in a US location of their choice. Dedicated thematic calls are available in Classical Music, Artificial Intelligence, and Crafts & Design. Apply by January 29, 2026 at the link in bio. —- This residency program is designed and run by Villa Albertine, an institution of the Embassy of France in the United States (@franceintheus), supported by the French government and the Albertine Foundation (@albertinefoundation). It falls under the authority of the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs (@francediplo), with support from the Ministry of Culture (@culture_gouv). I tried it today for the first time and it dramatically changed my speed and efficiency. I am so excited to say that I am joining the hands-free dictation club from now on! To the current med students and future medical student heed this. I also extend good vibes to incoming residents—congratulations. You earned this moment. 🎉 But I also want to give you something I wish I knew earlier: Not every residency program is a healthy environment. We normalize burnout. We normalize suffering. We call it “part of the process.” But there’s a difference between being challenged… and being unsupported. I’ve been on both sides. I’ve experienced environments that didn’t align—where I had to question myself, my path, and my well-being. And now? I’m in a program where I feel supported, mentored, and genuinely valued. Where I can communicate challenges openly. Where I’m not just surviving—I’m thriving. And that difference changes everything. I also speak with residents every few weeks who are in toxic environments—feeling stuck, burnt out, and unsure of what to do next. That’s why this matters. Do your research. Ask the hard questions. Pay attention to culture. Don’t just choose where you can match— choose where you can grow, be supported, and become the physician you’re meant to be. If you ever find yourself in a space that’s breaking you down—mentally, emotionally, physically— you are not stuck. There are options. There is support. And there is a path forward. Your able to apply for ODP Provider programs If you have Home Care License in State of PA 🤏 Odp program is long but it’s worth it It’s a blessing to get into ODP and don’t let any☝️ Discourage you from submitting ur applications ‼️ Because what’s fr you will never miss you 😘 always remember tht 💯 Once your get date for Orientation your next step is: 1. In Home Support 2. CPS Community Participation Support 3. Respite And once you get in work hard 😓 and get into Residency Program but Philly is over saturated For Residency Program Most clients ask to live with Support Person if you take care of them right. That’s a plus for ODP esp if your goal is Resident Program $$ Clients always have the right to pick where they live.
