WIThe generation that experienced the 90s and early 2000s went through a lot when it came to computers. We were the first to witness the arrival of the internet, when everything was more mechanical and primitive. Cleaning the mouse ball, opening the CD-ROM with a paperclip, dealing with driver disks, and reinstalling Windows almost every week… things were harder back then, but also much more exciting. Maybe we waited minutes just to connect to the internet and listened to the modem sound, or spent hours trying to get a game to run.
