Here’s what’s happening behind the scenes 👇 1️⃣ They map their entire TAM (Total Addressable Market) 2️⃣ They segment accounts into Tier 1–4 3️⃣ Every company lives inside a master Clay table 4️⃣ That table syncs with their CRM 5️⃣ Every signal (like, profile view, website visit) gets routed based on tier Now here’s the key: Not every signal is equal. • Tier 1 engagement → Manual SDR outreach • Tier 2 → Semi-automated sequence • Tier 3–4 → Nurture or lower priority Most companies treat all engagement the same. That’s the mistake. Inbound-led outbound only works when signals are: → Identified → Bucketed → Prioritized → Routed Otherwise, you’re just blasting Apollo lists and hoping. Campaigns don’t scale.
