Day 1 we are back in solitude, training camp for my next pro fight will consist of a lot of aquatic training. The goal will be to swim 2-3x per week alongside my roadwork, strength, and sprints for conditioning. The element of water allows for the body to decompress as well as providing a low impact high resistance environment to progress. Let’s work! 🏊
