Ingredients:
4 punnets of strawberries
Method: Preheat the oven to 80C and line a large baking tray. Wash strawberries, slice off tops and place into a high-speed blender and blitz until a smooth purée is formed. Pour strawberry purée onto a lined tray and spread it out evenly into a rectangular shape approx 2-3mm thick. Bake for 3-4 hours or until the purée is dry to touch and pliable. If the underside of the roll-ups are still wet, flip the roll-ups over and continue baking until fully dried. Once cooked, remove from the oven. Place a piece of wax paper on top of the roll-ups and peel off the wax paper and the roll-ups together. Cut the sheet into long strips and then roll up the strips.
