CO🧀 Paneer Masala 🫰🏻🤗🔥
📝 Ingredients:
• 200–250g paneer (cubed)
• 2 tbsp oil
• 1 large onion (finely chopped)
• 1 medium capsicum (sliced)
• 2 tomatoes (pureed)
• 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
• Salt – as needed
• Coriander leaves – for garnish
• ½ cup water (adjust as needed)
🔸 For Marination:
• ¼ tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tsp chilli powder
• ½ tsp garam masala
• A pinch of salt
👩🍳 Method:
1. Marinate paneer with turmeric, chilli powder, garam masala, and salt. Rest for 10–15 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a pan.
3. Lightly shallow fry the marinated paneer for 1–2 minutes (optional but adds flavour). Keep aside.
4. In the same pan, add chopped onion and sauté until soft and light golden.
5. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies cook till raw smell disappears.
6. Add sliced capsicum and sauté for 2–3 minutes (keep slightly crunchy).
7. Add tomato and cook until oil starts separating.
8. Add salt.
9. Add the marinated (or fried) paneer and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
10. Garnish with coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
✨ Tip: Don’t overcook after adding paneer — it may turn rubbery.
