La guerre des formats de fichiers Microsoft a fait perdre des millions à la France avec nos impôts ! En 2008, Microsoft n'a pas supporté que le format ODF de la suite OpenOffice avait déjà reçu la norme ISO, en mai 2007. Microsoft a payé pour que son format OpenXML qui n'a rien d'open avec 600 pages pour passer par une procédure accéléré. À l'Élysée, Franck Suplisson, conseiller technique, a contraint l’AFNOR de s'abstenir pour permettre à Microsoft d'obtenir la majorité des voix nécessaires pour faire valider son format. Microsoft ne respectait pas ses propres spécifications "strictes" d'OpenXML dans ses suites bureautiques. Malgré l'obtention de la qualification ISO grâce à cette intervention, on se retrouve avec un double standard et Microsoft continue, en 2024-2025, à utiliser le format OpenXML dans ses documents. Cette situation crée des difficultés pour les suites alternatives telles que LibreOffice, OnlyOffice et Collabora Office, qui peinent à lire et créer des documents OpenXML suffisamment interopérables. Cette pratique fausse la concurrence et entrave l'interopérabilité entre les différentes suites bureautiques. #LibreOffice #MSOffice #Office365
