GO15-ish minutes. Two players. Zero chill. This game is WAY more intense than it looks. @aubrea.hooper and I have a new go-to date night game!
The White Castle Duel is the 2-player variant of the original The White Castle board game by @devirgames. It’s tight and leaves little room for error. It has a clever and unique piece placement mechanic where you can stack different colors for the first half, and then TAKE them back into your tableau on the last half.
It’s clever, quick(ish), beautiful and Sooooooo satisfying. It definitely takes a minute to grasp the flow and I would argue the first game (especially if you haven’t played the original) is a warmup/learning round.
This one is definitely 5/5 PREACHIFIED!
