Important: the outside ski is in charge — you need pressure on the outside ski. 🎿
1. To build pressure on the outside ski, it helps to lower your body position slightly. This gives you more range of motion and reduces leverage from the forces acting on you.
2. Move your upper body over the outside ski to shift most of the pressure onto it.
3. Once you feel stable over the outside ski, you can lift the less-loaded inside ski to further improve your balance and position.
