3️⃣ skaters 45s x 5
4️⃣ glute bridge 10 x 5
5️⃣ plank hold 30s x 5
6️⃣ mountain climbers 30s x 5
7️⃣ push ups 10 x 4
8️⃣ wall sit 45s x 3
9️⃣ controlled step ups 8 per leg x 4
🔟 farmers walk 20 x 4
