We asked and Instagram answered! I just attended @instagram Screen Smart event in Austin and happy to report back! Teen Accounts are officially here! That means anyone under the age of 18, is automatically set up as a Teen Account. That gives me so much more peace of mind as parent for when my kids start using social media. Teen Accounts are automatically set to Private and have lots of additional eatery features, plus parents have full control and access to how their teens are using Instagram.
