CLThey're like sleeper agents.
Easy to miss and on a mission to f*ck you over.
I mean, that one went like 2 inches high! (But I'm not judging. I've definitely had worse 😅)
Though this is why you shouldn't leave split ends alone.
Splits will continue splitting up the hair strand if they don't get cut above where the split starts.
Because they go so high up, they can be left behind when using conservative hair dusting techniques, allowing them to get even worse.
So, to not miss ones like these, I cut generously when I'm twist cutting for split ends.
And if you've never heard of twist cutting before, you also probably haven't heard that you can cut your split ends while keeping your length.
Check out my profile to learn about that! Or just follow me, I'll probably post about it again 😁
