AUFull Recipe
-10-15 one inch pieces of ginger
-10-15 one inch pieces of turmeric
-3-4 tbsp black pepper
-2 bulbs of garlic
-20-30 cardamon pods
-4 lemons quartered
-1 stick cinnamon (optional)
-1 tsp cloves (optional)
-1 tsp cayenne (optional)
-4 sprigs rosemary (optional)
Add above into a large pot of water and boil for 40min then turn off and allow to cool. Refrigerate.
Each morning on an empty stomach mix 6oz of the refrigerated tea above with the following ingredients:
• 2oz Aloe Vera Juice
• 1oz Apple Cider Vinegar
• 10g Glutamine
• 1 scoop Opti-Greens
Stir & enjoy.
