Ingredients:
🍚 Rice paper wrapper
🥬 Butter lettuce
🥒 Cucumber
🥕 Carrot
🍜 Vermicelli noodles
🍤 Cooked shrimp
🌶️ Sweet chili sauce
Instructions:
Dip rice paper in warm water for 10 seconds. Turn paper so that entire surface is covered with water. Add fillings. Wrap tightly and roll them up. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!
👉 Rice Paper Tip: dip your rice paper wrapper in warm water for only 10 seconds. As you build your spring roll, it will naturally get softer and make it easier to roll up.
👉 How to store spring rolls: if you’re not enjoying right away, wrap each roll individually with plastic wrap, otherwise they will dry out. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
