STOn the steps of the District A Magistrates Court this morning, with a crying mother in the court yard, King’s Counsel Michael Lashley made an appeal for counselling for first time and young offenders, even before they reach prison.
Speaking to the media after his clients, two teenagers were charged for murder and remanded until January 30th, Mr. Lashley says every case is different but counselling should be mandatory for such young offenders.
