🌿 forward fold
🌿 seated cat cow
🌿 all fours circle
🌿 plank push backs
🌿 thread the needle (both sides)
🌿 90/90 with reach
This was perfect for me today because my body just felt like it didn’t want to do anythingggg. So I decided to do something short that would help me in recovering. If you are in the same boat I challenge you to really listen to your body, are you feeling like you need to rest, maybe you want to do just a few minutes of mindful movement, or maybe you are ready to challenge yourself with a workout!
For me today short mindful stretch helped me open up and boost my spirits a little as well 🤍
