My mindful movement stretch 👇🏼 Each movement for 30seconds - 2 rounds 🌿 forward fold 🌿 seated cat cow 🌿 all fours circle 🌿 plank push backs 🌿 thread the needle (both sides) 🌿 90/90 with reach This was perfect for me today because my body just felt like it didn’t want to do anythingggg. So I decided to do something short that would help me in recovering. If you are in the same boat I challenge you to really listen to your body, are you feeling like you need to rest, maybe you want to do just a few minutes of mindful movement, or maybe you are ready to challenge yourself with a workout! Упражнения за стречинг – подобри гъвкавостта и помогни на тялото си да се отпусне! ✨ Редовното разтягане не само подобрява гъвкавостта, но и намалява напрежението в мускулите и увеличава подвижността на ставите. Ето няколко лесни упражнения, които може да включиш в своята рутина: 1️⃣ Котешко разтягане 👉🏻Застани на колене и се подпри на ръце (ръце под раменете, колене под бедрата). 👉🏻С вдишване извий гърба нагоре, наподобявайки обратен полумесец (гледай надолу). 👉🏻С издишване извий гърба надолу, като повдигаш главата нагоре. 👉🏻Повтори 5-10 пъти. Това упражнение подобрява подвижността на гръбнака. 2️⃣ Разтягане на подколенните сухожилия 👉🏻Застани с краката на ширината на бедрата. 👉🏻Бавно се наклони напред и се опитай да докоснеш пръстите на краката, като държиш краката изпънати. 👉🏻Остани в тази поза за 20-30 секунди. 👉🏻Това разтягане отпуска задната част на бедрата и кръста. 3️⃣ Разтягане на бедрата 👉🏻От клекнало положение, направи голяма крачка напред с десния крак, а левият остава на пода. 👉🏻Натисни леко таза напред, за да усетиш разтягане в бедрото и таза. 👉🏻Задръж 20-30 секунди, след което смени крака. 👉🏻Това упражнение е страхотно за отпускане на тазобедрените флексори. 4️⃣ Разтягане на раменете и горната част на гърба 👉🏻Застани на колене, като седнеш на петите си и протегнеш ръцете напред. 👉🏻Спусни гърдите към пода, като се отпуснеш в тази поза. 👉🏻Дишай дълбоко и остани така 30 секунди. 👉🏻Тази поза отпуска гръбначния стълб и раменете. 5️⃣ Разтягане на врата 👉🏻Седни удобно и отпусни ръцете покрай тялото. 👉🏻Наклони главата си към едното рамо и леко натисни с противоположната ръка, за да засилиш разтягането. 👉🏻Задръж 20 секунди и смени страната. 👉🏻Това упражнение отпуска напрежението в шийните мускули. 🌿 Добави тези упражнения към своята ежедневна рутина за повече гъвкавост и релаксация на тялото! 🌿 • • • #streching #разтягане #strechingexercises #routine #relax #muscles #активность #reels

Stop bending over and hanging to stretch your back ‼️ It is a garbage move. Let me show you something way better! Remember, when your back is tight, it’s typically because you’ve been bending and rounding too much. Your spine doesn’t want to stretch; it craves a neutral position. Try the bird dog. Get yourself into a nice lordotic posture just like she is here. You should be able to balance a tennis ball right here. Now get some intra-abdominal pressure. You can see her rib cage expand and her torso expand. That’s a good core brace. Now let’s raise this leg up straight back. Feel the glute contract. Let’s take that arm straight out overhead. Push away from the ground a little bit so now we’re nice and stable. We’re going to hold for 10 seconds, bring that back, repeat 3 reps on that same side. Then we’re going to repeat on the other side, 3 reps, 10 seconds each. We’re going to go until we’re tired. That’s going to send safety signals to the brain. The muscles are going to calm down, your spasm is going to feel better, and most importantly, you’re going to get better, not older. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Questions?
