_CStriding is a big part of my warm up. So I thought I would teach you how to do it ✨.

When I use striding:
✔️to get my muscles and hips opened up at the beginning of practice
✔️as a type of running pattern when doing an easy and relaxed workouts (like Xs)
✔️to safely decelerate out of sprinting (you NEVER want to stop right away when sprinting)
