I don’t like long study sessions because it’s quite physically-exhausting. So when I really have to do it, I make sure it’s super productive! 🎯Goal setting: Break down your material into manageable chunks and schedule study sessions for each. Be realistic about how much time you’ll need for each topic. 🍅Pomodoro Technique: I prefer 50/10. Basically, study for 50 mins then get a 10-min break and repeat. 🌧️Ambient Sounds: Rain sounds is my fav! It provides a calming and natural white noise that masks distractions without being distracting itself. 💧Hydration: When you’re dehydrated, your brain function slows down. Keep a reusable water bottle at your desk and take regular sips throughout your study session. 👯Company: Find a dedicated study buddy who shares your goals and can maintain focus during the sessions. Watching them work hard for their goals will definitely motivate you! If you haven’t found a study buddy yet, opt for my study with me videos! Maybe they would be helpful! #studygramvietnam #newstudygram #aestheticstudy #newstudygrammer #studyaccount #studycommunity #studyinspiration #studymotivation #astheticstudy #studyvlog #deskdecor #desksetup #studyview #studytips

One of my exam revision habits is studying before going to sleep and early in the morning. ☆ I really feel like these two time periods are the most effective for memorizing information quickly, because at night the brain naturally organizes what I’ve learned, and in the morning my mind is fresh and ready to absorb it again. ☆ Doing this consistently every day, I don’t even need to study too much, but I can still see real progress. ☆ Do you study better at night or in the morning? #study #studymotivation #viral #studytips #student

I used to think getting an A+ meant forcing myself to study for hours 📚 Sitting there, fighting distractions, blaming myself every time I reached for my phone… 📱 But the truth is— my brain wasn’t lazy. it just didn’t like how I was studying 🧠 So I stopped chasing discipline… and started redesigning my habits instead ✨ Here’s what changed everything: 1. urge surfing 🌊 when I feel like scrolling, I don’t fight it anymore. I just wait for 2 minutes ⏳ and almost every time… the craving fades on its own. focus comes back quietly. 2. dopamine stacking 🍵🎧 I started pairing studying with small things I enjoy— a warm drink, my favorite song, a little stretch break. my brain slowly learned: studying ≠ pain studying = comfort 🤍 3. visual progress cues ✅ I stopped tracking hours. instead, I track wins. crossing off one question, one page, one flashcard… those tiny victories? they feel so much better than mindless scrolling ✨ 4. habit bundling 🔗 I attach studying to something I already do daily. after coffee = study ☕ after shower = review notes 🚿no thinking, no debating… just flow. 5. environment priming 🕯️ same spot, same playlist, same setup. eventually, my brain doesn’t need motivation anymore. it just knows: “we study here.” and that’s when it shifted— studying stopped feeling like something I had to do… it became something I naturally returned to 🌙 not obsession from pressure. but attachment from design. A+ was never about being stronger. it was about being smarter with my system 📈 if studying feels hard for you, maybe it’s not you… maybe it’s your method. follow @huiqiennnn for more soft + effective study systems 🤍✨ #studygram #studytips #studymotivation #studentlife #productivity

You’re probably not lazy but overwhelmed so on those days, try this: 1. Lower the bar to start Tell yourself: “I’ll study for 5 minutes.” Once you start, momentum usually kicks in. Starting is the hardest part. 2. Use the 25-minute rule Study 25 minutes, break 5 minutes (Pomodoro style). It feels short → less resistance → more consistency. 3. Study the exam, not the subject Focus only on: • Past exams • Practice questions • Teacher’s hints Skip anything unlikely to be tested. 4. Active recall > rereading Instead of rereading notes: Close them and ask yourself questions Write what you remember It feels harder but saves tons of time. 5. Teach an imaginary person Explain the topic out loud like you’re teaching a child. If you get stuck, that’s what you need to review. 6. Use shortcuts • YouTube summaries instead of textbooks • Flashcards instead of long notes • Bullet points instead of paragraphs Efficiency > perfection. 7. Study at your laziest time If you’re tired anyway, might as well study. Don’t wait to “feel motivated.” 8. Remove friction Before studying: • Put phone in another room • Open the exact file/page you need • Sit at the same spot every time Make studying the default option. 9. Consistency beats intensity 15-30 minutes daily > 4 hours once a week. 10. Accept “good enough” Perfect notes = wasted energy. Passing with less effort is still a win. #study #motivation #lazystudent #studytips

Study LESS, learn MORE. It’s not about cramming for hours—it’s about how you study. Here’s how to maximize your learning with less time: 🧠 Active Recall – Stop rereading. Quiz yourself instead. The more you struggle to remember, the stronger the memory gets. ✍️ Scribble Method – Use your non-dominant hand to doodle messy scribbles while studying. It keeps your brain engaged and improves retention. 📢 Feynman Technique – If you can’t teach it simply, you don’t understand it. Break it down as if you’re explaining it to a child. 💻 Second Brain – Organize your notes digitally so you can quickly find, review, and connect key concepts. It’s not about how long you study—it’s about how efficiently you learn.

❓How to Study Without Studying (But Still Remember Everything!) This sounds like a dream, right? But it’s actually possible using passive learning techniques, methods that help you absorb information effortlessly without feeling like you’re actively studying. 1. The “Surround Yourself” Technique Your brain is great at picking up patterns and familiar information. Take advantage of this by making your environment work for you: ✅ Sticky Notes Everywhere - Write key concepts and place them on your mirror, fridge, or desk. ✅ Wallpaper Revision - Set your phone or laptop wallpaper with important formulas, dates, or concepts. ✅ Posters & Mind Maps - Put up visual aids where you spend most of your time (above your study desk or near your bed). 2. Learn While You Sleep (Sleep Encoding Method) Your brain continues processing information even when you’re asleep! Use this to your advantage: ✅ Listen to Recorded Notes Before Sleeping - Record yourself reading key points and play them as you fall asleep. ✅ The 5-Minute Rule - Right before bed, spend 5 minutes reviewing your notes. Your brain Will consolidate this information overnight. ✅ Power of Naps - If you’re tired, take a 20-minute nap after studying to lock in what you just learned. 3. “Teach Without Thinking” Trick The more you teach something, the more you remember it. But here’s how to do it without even trying: ✅ Talk to Yourself - Randomly explain a concept while walking or cooking. ✅ Teach a Friend (Without Notes) - When explaining to someone, force yourself to recall information naturally. ✅ Mental Quizzes - While doing daily activities (like showering or eating), challenge yourself: “What were the three types of economic systems?” 4. “Trick Your Brain” with Daily Habits The goal is to turn learning into a background process: ✅ YouTube Algorithm Hack - Watch one educational video and let the algorithm keep recommending related ones. ✅ Change Your Social Media Feed - Follow pages that post quick study facts. (So even while scrolling, you’re learning!) ✅ Learn with Music - Turn textbook content into songs or rhymes. Even rewriting lyrics of a song with study content works! 📍save this for later.

Studying 6-10 hours a day is not normal!🤯‼️ It means you could be much more efficient! More hours don’t necessarily mean doing better, and in the long run, you get tired, take more time, and lose motivation. I went from studying 6-8 hours a day to covering the same amount of material in just one hour. I also finally started remembering what I studied long-term and fell in love with studying again, rediscovering my motivation. ❌And no, it wasn’t thanks to Feynman, Blurting or Pomodoro. Here’s how you can do it: 🕐TimeLimits: Your brain takes all the time available to complete a task. So if we give ourselves 2 hours to study, we’ll unconsciously take 2 hours.Set study limits that are less time than what you usually study, maybe 1 hour less to start with. You’ll notice that you’ll finish the same amount of work in the set time, but you’ll stay much more focused. 🔥Productivity Peak Hours: Identify the times during the day when you’re most productive and use 1-2 hours of that time to study with maximum focus. When we’re mentally more energized, our brains work faster and we remember better. 🧠Mind maps: You’ve probably heard of them, but if you’re not using them yet, it’s probably because you’ve never tried Tony Buzan’s method. I used to think they were only for reviewing, but since l learned how to make them the right way, I use them to take notes in class. I can memorize long-term information, and the time I spend studying has dropped drastically. Mind maps are the fastest and most effective way to take notes. Studies show that by just doing a mind map, you remember up to 60% of the information. That’s a lot better compared to just 20% when taking regular notes! They’re also incredibly fast to memorize and review before exams. ⚒️ ai tools:Learn how to properly use ethical AI tool such as Oreate.ai to help improving your study efficiency! #studygram #college #student #studytechniques #study #essay #studyapp #aitool #relatables

💯 C STUDENTS quit the moment studying gets hard while A+ STUDENTS lean into the struggle! Average students give up when they can’t remember something—top performers know that’s exactly when active recall builds the strongest memory. The discomfort of forcing your brain to retrieve difficult material is what separates exceptional from mediocre. Elite students embrace the mental challenge and use self-testing to turn weaknesses into strengths. Stop running from difficulty—use active recall to transform struggle into academic domination.
