8:00am: wake up
8:00 to 9:00: shower +exercise +Breakfast
9:00 to 12:00: study 1
12:00 to 2:00: lunch and nap
2:00 to 6:00 study 2
6:00 to 8:00: scroll, friends, evening walk dinner
8:00 to 11:00: study 3
11:00 to 11:30: Break
11:30 to 1:30: study 4
1:45: sleep
This routine is best for lazy student because there is 2 hrs of break in every study session.
Tips:
1. When your start your study session make sure you completely avoid cozy area and your mobile phones
2. Natural light is very important so try to study in natural light
3. When you take 2 hrs of break you can sleep for some time to relax your mind
4. You can also take a break 2 to 5 minutes in between study session
5. Constantly think about your goals.
