Taking supplements isn’t enough, you need to take the right composition !! Certain combinations just work better ! Here’s some: 1️⃣Ashwagandha : Normal ashwagandha contains extracts of leaf & root both . KSM-66 takes the more traditional route and comprises only the root extract. As a result, KSM-66 offers the highest concentration full spectrum extract. 2️⃣ Vitamin D3: While vitamin D3 helps your body absorb more calcium, vitamin K2 helps your body transport it to your bones and teeth rather than letting it sit in your arteries and other soft tissues in your body. 3️⃣ Vitamin C: Rosehip extracts or citrus Bioflavonoids with combined with Vitamin C, increases its potency by a great margin. However, they are super expensive. So if it suits your budget you can go for it, otherwise our local chemist options Celin/Limcee does a decent job. 4️⃣ Collagen : Vitamin C improves body’s ability to absorb collagen & it also stabilize collagen, ensuring it remains intact and functional. 5️⃣ Iron: Taking vitamin C with iron helps increase iron absorption! 6️⃣ Inositol: A 40:1 ratio of Myo & Chiro Inositol is the most potent and well researched combination to improve hormonal imbalance and insulin resistance.
