8 Miles TOTAL - Save the session for later!
Level 1 - Carrying 7kg weight
Level 2 - Carrying 15Kg weight
Session detail:
Tab 4 Miles at 14 Min/Miles
Every 5 Minutes Run at 80% effort for 2 Minutes
Take a 1 minute water break every 2 Miles
The second 4 Miles will be @15 Min/Miles
It will look like this: Start off @14 Minute miles, at every 5 Minute mark, run @80% for 2 Minutes then settle back into the 14 min mile pace.
The second 4 Miles you Tab at 15 Minute Miles ensuring you still have the 2 minutes @80% effort every 5 Minutes throughout the whole 8 miles.
DONT FORGET YOUR WATER BREAKS
*We are looking for strong intent with the running segments, keep a consistent pace, don’t go too hard that you can’t maintain the same pace. When you break back into the Tab, recover your breathing as best as you can whilst maintaining the targeted pacing.
