This place is bringing an authentic Spanish feel to the town with incredible tapas dishes and a whole ton of heart. We LOVE tapas in our house because we enjoy the social aspect of it (as well as the tasty food). For us, there’s nowt better than picking at lots of different dishes and chitchatting, and we love that there’s somewhere so close by to do that now. We chose: - Iberico ham and confit garlic aioli croquetas - Patatas bravas - Fried goats cheese with honey and cranberry relish - Beef and pork meatballs in smoked paprika and tomato sauce with shaved Manchego cheese - Calamares frito - Three meat board with coppa, chorizo and paleta When I say that it was all outstanding, it truly was! The calamari was crispy with no hint of rubber, this goats cheese was beautifully crumbly but creamy, and the croquetas were so delicious. But the real star of the show was the three meat board, which was customisable. We chose the meats ourselves then found out our choices were exactly what the server would recommend! The coppa was just melt in the mouth incredible, thanks to its marbling. And the chorizo had a lovely warmth to it. We loved every bite! The churros and basque cheesecake were a gorgeous way to round the meal off too 😍 This is an absolutely gorgeous new place that I really recommend you try.
