✨Pomodoro Technique
I basically study for 25 minutes, then take a short 5-minute break. It makes studying feel easy and not overwhelming. My brain stays fresh and focused.
✨Feynman Technique
I basically read a topic and then explain it in very simple words, like I’m teaching a child. If I can’t explain it simply, I know I don’t understand it properly. This helps me remember longer.
✨Time Blocking
Lastly, i fix a specific time for each subject in my day. No confusion, no “what should I study now?” It gives me clarity and control. Also helps me to stay away from phone distractions, a lot.
