also — try to remember these 3 steps when you see a rhythm change on the telemetry monitor:
1 - see the patient (don’t just trust the monitor)
2 - slow it down and break down the rhythm (fast, slow, regular, irregular, wide QRS, narrow??)
3 - context is everythinggg (is the patient just brushing their teeth?? did they just start a new medication that’ll slow the heart rate? did a sticker just get loose haha?)
