KADoing the stretch test! Gotta have a little wiggle room to be comfy when I’m in my Feminine Lean Bulk shape! I move around looking for the right thread count before I even bother looking at the size 😆 they gotta stretch both directions!
I’ve been through multiple growth phases on my fitness journey. Starting with our FitCurvy Plan to set my foundation. Then I did GetThick to develop more size and thicker legs. And finally with our Feminine Lean Bulk Plan I was able to substantially increase thickness while in the process of building and focusing on the right areas, and develop my curves even further.
You may be starting at step 1, like I once was… I didn’t know when I first started that I could reshape my body with training and eating for “the goal” but I was willing to learn what it takes and do the plan! I’ve come a long way since I started at 118 pounds.
Having a goal that’s greater than our own limiting beliefs is key. You haven’t been there, but you’re ambitious enough to strive for your personal best in every season- that’s how you break the ceiling and get the best out of yourself. Keep striving to discover that version of yourself! It’s truly about the journey not the destination.
