DI1. Eat a thyroid diet (therapeutic diet) - that helps in reverse thyroid.
2. Avoid Goitrogens rich foods.
3. Do meditation for Stress management.
4.Exercise regularly - yoga/ walk every day.
5. Vitamin D - take boy D supplements or expose yourself to the sun every day.
6.Say no to processed or packaged foods.
7. Limit your gluten intake.
8.Stay hydrated -Drinking 2.5 to 3 litters of water everyday.
