THwas my favorite thing at the end of both my pregnancies!
It’s such an amazing tool to encourage your baby to get into a more optimal position for labor! It helps open up your pelvis at different angles to encourage your baby to engage in your pelvis!
If you’re in your third trimester, save this video so you remember to do this starting around 38 weeks pregnant!
This is also amazing to do DURING labor!!
THE CIRCUIT:
1. 30 minutes of laying down knee to chest (hips up, chest down!)
2. 30 minutes of exaggerated left side-lying (left knee as high up as possible!)
3. 30 minutes of curb walking, elevated side lunges.. anything to stagger your stance and move!
