Glad to also achieve a Personal Best today. From 8 min 18 sec to 8 min 11 sec! Was aiming for a Sub 8 min at least but today is not that day. Let's come back stronger next year! A recent study looked at what happens when people climb up and down stairs after eating for 1, 3, or 10 minutes.
